November 2000 to the present i live and work in Wheeler Arts Community located just southeast of downtown Indianapolis. A group of us plan open studios 2-3 times a year. Which usually include many art mediums-photo, paint, ceramic, sculpture, dance, music, and magic.

Since 2000 my focus has been on stylized dramatic portraiture. I like a relaxed candid scene, not a superficial smile or mood. I hope I capture the person's personality, versus just another face.

Indiana has always been my home state. I graduated from Indianapolis Broad Ripple High School´s Magnet Program in Visual Arts, and the Humanities in 1996. Then I attended Indiana University for one semester and studied biology. Realizing that art was everywhere and always present, I transferred to Herron School of Art. My senior year I spent the summer traveling and studying; experiencing Nepal, India, Thailand, Italy, Greece, Switzerland, Germany, France, England, and Ireland.

In 2000 I attained a Bachelor´s Degree in Fine Arts, specializing in photography. My plan is to continue traveling to expand my knowledge of other cultures, and to gain influences that will direct my art.

Currently I am located in Indianapolis, and I will travel for photo projects.

Nationally I travel frequently to visit friends and family. It would be great to travel to you and create memorable photographs to last forever, through the generations.
